شرکت پیمان تجارت فرتاک (PTF) در سال ۱۴۰۲ (۲۰۲۳ میلادی) با هدف توسعه تجارت بینالمللی و ارائه خدمات تخصصی در حوزههای بازرگانی، انرژی و خدمات بینالملل تأسیس شد. این مجموعه با بهرهگیری از تیم مدیریتی مجرب و بیش از ۱۰ سال تجربه در صنعت نفت و انرژی ایران، تلاش میکند راهکارهایی حرفهای، مطمئن و مبتنی بر استانداردهای بینالمللی به مشتریان داخلی و خارجی ارائه دهد.
امروزه پیمان تجارت فرتاک به عنوان یک گروه بازرگانی بینالمللی در حوزههای مختلف فعالیت میکند. تجارت و صادرات قیر، فرآوردههای نفتی، مشتقات پتروشیمی و مواد اولیه صنعتی، همچنان یکی از محورهای اصلی فعالیت شرکت است. در کنار آن، ارائه خدمات تجاری، توسعه همکاریهای بینالمللی، مشاوره بازرگانی و تسهیل فرآیندهای مرتبط با تجارت جهانی، بخشی از مأموریت این مجموعه محسوب میشود.
